If you would like to obtain court records, such as documents filed within a court case, please contact the Clerk's Office and fill out the Records and File Retrieval Request Form.

You can request for certified court records in paper form at the Record’s counter at the Guam Judicial Center in Hagåtña or the Northern Court satellite in Dededo.
